Passive House Certification

The concepts behind Passive House are pretty simple – provide a very robust building envelope such that heating and cooling loads are driven close to zero. With this simplicity it is no wonder that the Passive House movement has taken off in recent years.  Passive House is now being considered on many of our projects, where some seek formal Passive House certification, while others incorporate Passive House principles as a strategy for reducing energy consumption. We’re well equipped to help your project implement Passive House. Our office has four Certified Passive House Consultants (CPHCs) on staff. We can provide WUFI modeling for design assistance, and services from feasibility studies to full certification.
