The Green Engineer has been named a 2022 Best for the World B Corp for the Environment and for Workers. This is the 6th year in a row that we have been named a Best for the World B Corp for the Environment, and 4th consecutive year that we have been named a Best for the World B Corp for Workers. B Lab Global annually recognizes Certified B Corporations around the world that rank in the top 5% for positive impact, in their corresponding size group, in the five impact areas evaluated by the B Impact Assessment: community, customers, environment, governance, and workers.
In our Impact Assessment, The Green Engineer scored 42.9 in the Environment category, and 39.6 in the Workers category. Our firm’s Overall B Impact Score is 121.7. (50.9 is the median score for ordinary businesses, and 80 is the minimum threshold score to certify as a B Corp.)
