A MA Benefit Corporation is a business that creates "a material, positive impact on society and the environment.”
As a Benefit Corporation, we file an annual report to the state outlining our public benefit, and conduct a third party review of our operations.
In addition, as part of our business model, we are an employee owned company. Today, more than 50% of our fulltime staff members are also owners, and seven of our 14 owners are women. About a third of our staff come from diverse racial & ethnic backgrounds.
