"In a way, the firm itself is a design project, and its mission and organization reflect a vision for how the world ought to be. To that end, we’ve embraced workplace democracy and transparency, moved to an employee ownership model, become a B Corp, and published our JUST label.
Becoming anti-racist and embracing the JEDI (justice, equity, diversity and inclusion) challenge, though, was something new and different for us, as well as unfamiliar territory for me personally."
